These terms govern your purchase and use of the Build & Bulk programme at coleandersonjames.com (the "Service"). By paying for and using the Service you agree to them. If anything here is unclear, message me on Instagram at coleanderson.j before you buy.

What you get

A one time payment gives you lifetime access to the Build & Bulk training programme: the eight week workout schedule, in app video demonstrations, the set logging tracker, and the nutrition guide. Access is tied to the email address you purchase with and is for your personal, non-commercial use only.

Payment

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details. The price shown at checkout is the full price of the Service, charged once, in the currency displayed at checkout.

No refunds

Because the Service is digital content that you get instant access to as soon as payment completes, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once access has been granted, except where required by law. By completing your purchase, you confirm you understand that access begins immediately and you are waiving any statutory right to a cooling off period that would otherwise apply before digital content is accessed. If you believe you were charged in error, message me on Instagram at coleanderson.j and we will look into it.

Health and fitness disclaimer

The Build & Bulk programme is general fitness and nutrition guidance, not medical advice. You should be in good health and consult a doctor before starting any new training or diet programme, particularly if you have an existing injury, medical condition, or are pregnant. You train at your own risk. Cole Anderson James is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the programme.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping access to the email address linked to your purchase, since that is how you sign in. Do not share your access with anyone who has not purchased the programme.

Availability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may make reasonable changes to the programme content, the app, or these terms from time to time; we will update the date at the top of this page when we do.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to you in connection with the Service is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of England and Wales.
